Directions for application and removal of NippleSmoothers

Before putting NippleSmoothers on, you can first apply face powder to your nipples. This will help with a smoother removal when you take NippleSmoothers off.

	Step 1 Remove the paper back.
	Step 2 Press the center of a NippleSmoothers down over your nipple. Press your nipple down, flat to your breast.
	Step 3 Now smooth the edges out and voila - complete smoothness until you take them off. If your nipples aren't smooth right away just give them a little while to settle down ☺

For easier removal, take NippleSmoothers off in the shower with the help of soap and water or apply baby oil around the edges.
