MCE Flower Ordering Policy

Please send your order through our secure online PayPal shopping cart. Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders at this time. If you would like to speak to someone, please email sophie@myclearessentials.com, provide your phone number, the best time to reach you, and the reason for your call, and we will call you back just as soon as we are available.

Order Cancellation & Changes:

Your order is important to us and we will make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel or change your order please email sophie@myclearessentials.com as soon as possible, and if your order has not been released for shipment we will cancel or change your order as per your request.

Out of Stock:

Occasionally, due to high demand we may not have your requested item in stock. We will notify you by email if an item cannot be immediately shipped and when the item is expected to ship. Charges for out-of-stock items will be credited back to you through PayPal.

MCE Flower Shipping Policy

We ship orders using USPS with delivery confirmation for standard delivery. We use FedEx or UPS for requested 2 day or overnight delivery services. Shipping rates are based upon a flat shipping rate and is calculated by your shipping zip code. During checkout your shipping and handling cost will be automatically calculated and displayed in your shopping cart.

Please allow 3 – 10 days for standard delivery.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping services. Please email sophie@myclearessentials.com for more information.

Shipment Confirmation:

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with the shipment tracking number.

Shipping Packaging:

All orders are packaged in plain, padded mailing envelopes with only a shipping label, or in a USPS, FedEx, or UPS envelope or box.

MCE Flower Return Policy

We will gladly accept the return of product that has not been opened within 7 business days of delivery. Please do not lift the tab on the package until you choose to use the products. My Clear Essentials LLC products are used directly on the skin so we take care to ensure our products ship direct from our approved, quality processing facilities to our valued customers and that product is never handled outside of our processing facilities. Please ensure you wish to keep the product before you lift the tab on the package and handle the products.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To return product:

Please contact sophie@myclearessentials.com for a return authorization number and note the reason for return – your comments are important to us.

Please use the original shipping packaging or your choice of protective shipping packaging (a padded envelope or box), enclose a copy of your order, and address the package to:

Please choose a return shipping method with confirmation of delivery as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds:

We will refund the product price within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Errors or Damaged Product:

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect product please email sophie@myclearessentials.com within 10 business days so we may work with you to resolve the situation quickly.

All My Clear Essentials LLC products are designed and manufactured with quality processing and medical safe materials for use on the skin; a thermoplastic polyurethane exterior with skin sensitive adhesive and a non-toxic liquid. Please discontinue use if any signs of skin irritation occur.
